El Agente especial Strahm (Scott Patterson) ha muerto, y el Detective Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) ha emergido como el imbatible sucesor del legado de Jigsaw. Sin embargo, cuando el FBI se acerca bastante a Hoffman, este es forzado a poner en movimiento un nuevo juego, en el cual el gran esquema preparado por Jigsaw es finalmente entendido.
